According to the head of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, the Captain Marvel film will set up Brie Larson’s all-new character as the main focus of the MCU from Phase 4. Set in the year, 1995, Marvel’s 21st silver-screen movie will explore the origins of the character, Carol Danvers, who is an American Air Force pilot and she becomes part of the Kree military team called, Starforce.
Captain Marvel will precede the Guardians of the Galaxy storyline but does not set up this plot. Brie Larson’s story arc will represent a non-chronological story. Marvel has as of now released three trailers for this movie, and all of them emphasise on the protagonist’s return to earth, and also her relationships with Jude Law’s Starforce commander, and Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury.
