With the actors’ Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham entering the production stage of their movie, Hobbs and Shaw, it now seems like the Fast and Furious universe will be going full-on when it comes to the spin-off game.
Vin Diesel had recently posted a video on Instagram from the set of the movie, Bloodshot. While most of the actor’s time had been spent by talking about the Valiant Comics movie, he had soon switched gears regarding the Fast and Furious movie.
Cody Walker, who is the brother of Paul Walker, had come to visit him in Africa, and then Diesel had used the reunion for offering an update on this franchise. He had then revealed that a few more spin-offs are on the table at Universal:
“My producing partner who started Fast & Furious with me, Neal Moritz, is also my producing partner here and his head is blown. He just can’t contain his excitement about what the world will see when they see Bloodshot in 2020,” Diesel had said.
“I have a guest here from the Fast world, someone who surprised. Shout out to universal for wanting my female spin-off concept and my other spin-off concept the two that you guys…we’re all good.”
This reveals that a female spin-off is crystal clear and it also seems like Ramsey, Letty, and Cipher may star in their movie.
Hobbs and Shaw will release on August 2, 2019.
