We Can Expect More Kill Counts In ‘John Wick Chapter 3’ As Compared To The Second Movie

The third movei in the John Wick franchise is all set to outdo its predecessor’s kill count as confirmed by the director, Chad Stahelski.

Stahelski had noted that John Wick: Chapter 3 was “a little bit of an origin story,” and he had also promised the film’s final kill count will “land slightly north” of John Wick: Chapter 2’s. This may be due to the cast of the Wick franchise getting ha huge impressive expansion,

Halle Berry will join as the character, Sofia, a killer who is very similar to Wick who has a story tied to dogs. Unlike Wick, whose big-screen adventures had started with a revenge quest, Sofia had kept two Belgian Malinois dogs as reminders of her past.

“Whereas John’s puppy was symbolic of his wife, Halle’s two dogs are symbolic of someone she’s lost,” Stahelski had said.

Others cast members are Asia Kate Dillon, and Mark Dacascos playing the roles of members of the High Table. John Wick: Chapter 3 will get Anjelica Huston as “someone who had been responsible for upbringing and his protection.”

While the bodies are now piling up in the franchise, there are more than enough left standing for the cast and crew for considering back into the universe for a 4th movie.

John Wick: Chapter 3 will release on May 17, 2019.
