Here Is Your First Look At Sylvester Stallone In New ‘Rambo 5’ Movie


The actor, Sylvester Stallone is now making a victorious return as the character, Rambo in the year, 2019, and Lionsgate has now unveiled the very first look at this character’s first film after 10 years.

On Thursday, Lionsgate had shared an image of Stallone as Rambo in Rambo V: Last Blood. Instead of his classic bandanna, Rambo is seen wearing sporting a cowboy hat. A few set images that had been posted on Stallone’s Instagram had teased a change in appearance for this character.


“Time to become war,” the tweet read.

“[Sylvester Stallone) is back with your first look at Rambo V: Last Blood.”

The title of this movie is a callback to the original movie in the year, 1982, which had been titled as First Blood. The Last Blood confirms that the movie may actually close curtains for this franchise and will bring everything to a full circle.

In Rambo V’s synopsis is below:

“Rambo teams up with a journalist to track down and rescue a group of local girls that have been kidnapped by a Mexican sex trafficking ring, after trying to settle down to a quiet, peaceful life stateside at the family ranch in Arizona after spending decades abroad.”

Last Blood is the fifth movie in this franchise, and the very first film hit theatres in 1982, and this had been followed by Rambo: First Blood Part II in the year, 1985, Rambo III (1988) and also, Rambo in the year, 2008.

Adrian Grunberg will be directing Rambo V: Last Blood and this script has been written by Sylvester Stallone and Matt Cirulnick. Les Weldon and Kevin King Templeton are producing the movie and Trevor Short, Boaz Davidson and Avi Lerner, will be executive producers.
