All details regarding Rick and Morty’s Season 4 is now scarce as the creators of this show, Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon are now producing this release. The previous season had ended on a very mundane note as this family had been seen sitting around the table and also laughing at Rick. This is the opposite of what had taken place on the second instalment’s finale where Earth had been overtaken by the Galactic Federation, and this had seen Rick being incarcerated. There is no telling how season 4 will start and what adventures this duo will go on.
There is a hint that a recurring plotline may occur. The story that is in question is the Citadel and Evil Morty’s return. The storyboard artist, Douglas Einar Olsen had tweeted an image and also captioned it,
“Aw jeez, do we really want an Evil Morty to rule the Citadel??”
While Olsen did not confirm anything, it suggests that the storyline is set to be explored in “Rick and Morty” Season 4.
Evil Morty is one of a very compelling villain, and for the episode count, all the fans can expect the standard 10 for “Rick and Morty” Season 4. This villain has grown to become the most popular one across the entertainment field and the fans want to see more of him.
Cartoon Network ordered 70 episodes from the creators so there is a chance that the figure may come to pass. Dan Harmon had warned all the fans not to really raise all their expectations as the 3rd instalment had been supposed to have 14 episodes, but it ended up having only 10. It is not clear what had caused this complication.
As for the 4th instalment’s release date, everyone who is involved in the production has been keeping it a secret.
