The Avengers star, Chris Evans had spent some time on Capitol Hill, and while he had been brushing elbows with the Washington elite, one of the Congressman had pulled the actor aside and showed him an amazing tribute. Representative, Dan Crenshaw (R – TX) had removed his eye patch and then showed Evans his glass eye, and this had been made with Captain America’s insignia.
Crenshaw, who is a veteran of the US Navy, had lost his right eye after he was injured by an explosive in the year, 2012. He had retired in 2016 being the Lieutenant Commander, and Crenshaw had received the Purple Heart, two Bronze Star Medals, and also the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with valour for his work in the Navy SEALs.
Senator, Tim Scott (R – SC) had posted a picture with Chris Evans and said that they had talked about many political issues. Evans had then tweeted the Senator and joked that the politician should not reveal the Avengers: Endgame spoilers that he spilled.
“Honor to meet you, sir,” Evans had written.
“Thank you for taking the time. And if you repeat the secrets I told you about Endgame, Marvel will make sure we BOTH turn to dust.”
Chris Evans is now set to play the role of Captain America one more time in Avengers: Endgame and the synopsis for this movie is as follows:
“After the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War (2018), the universe is in ruins due to the efforts of the Mad Titan, Thanos. With the help of remaining allies, the Avengers must assemble once more in order to undo Thanos’ actions and restore order to the universe once and for all, no matter what consequences may be in store.”
Captain Marvel is in theatres now while Avenger: Endgame opens April 26th and Spider-Man: Far From Home opens on July 5th.
