Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the Indian actress, was born on 1st November 1973 in Mangalore, Karnataka. She learned classical dance and music for five years when she was a teenager. Aishwarya decided to give up her education for her modeling career. In 1991, she was featured in Vogue’s American edition after winning an international supermodel contest organized by Ford.
