Alyson Hannigan, aka Alyson Lee Hannigan, was born on 24th March 1974 in Washington, D.C. She started her career at an early age; she appeared in a commercial at the age of four. Alyson moved to Hollywood with her mother when she was 11.
While attending Hollywood high school, she continued to audition for agents successfully. Hannigan’s first breakthrough was with the science fiction comedy My Stepmother Is an Alien, released in 1988. The actress appeared in the short-lived ABC sitcom, Free Spirits.
