She became the busiest actress in the 1930s. In 1933, her contract was expired and she announced her retirement from acting at the age of 23. In 1936, she made her last film, Hitch Hike to Heaven and left the screen. In 1996, she made her return to films and appeared in several low budget horror films. Some of her films are Our Dancing Daughters, The Flying Fleet, Our Modern Maidens, The Little Accident, Sunset After Dark, Bob’s Night Out, Doctor Stein, and so on.

Page was born on 4^th August in 1910 in Flushing, Queens, New York. Her parents were Marino Leo and Maude Evelyn Pomares. She was of French and Yankee descent from her maternal side.

In 1934, she married Nacio Herb Brown but their marriage was annulled in one year. Later in 1937, she married Herschel A. House with whom she had two children.

On 6^th September 2008, she was died in her sleep at her home in Los Angeles at the age of 98.

She was honored with the Star on the Walk of Fame in 1960.
