With one more month left for Avengers: Endgame to release, Marvel Studios has revealed 32 character posters for the superheroes in the all-new film. In an advertising surprise which many of the fans were not expecting, these posters do not only feature the surviving heroes. The fallen superheroes from Infinity War have also gotten their very own posters.
These posters have been organised into two- the black and white ones have been released for the fallen heroes like Nick Fury, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Loki, Gamora, Mantis, Black Panther and Doctor Strange. Yes, Gamora met her fate at the hands of her father and Thanos had choked Loki to death, but they all need avenging.
All these posters come with the tagline, “Avenge the fallen.”
The ones for the survived have gotten posters that are in full colour. These include Ant-Man, Captain Marvel, Black Widow, Wong, Nebula, Bruce Banner, Rocket and Okoye.
However, there are two posters worth spending time on-Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie and Jon Favreau’s Happy Hogan.
These characters had been absent from the movie, Infinity War and their status for the film, Avengers: Endgame has been a doubt. Their posters are in colour, and this means that they have survived Thanos’ snap.
With only one month left, we all have a lot of questions left to answers. The odds are, we will have to wait until the opening night to have them all answered.
Avengers: Endgame will release on April 26.
