Responded to negative comments about her body by creating a YouTube video, The Perfect Body, the first video that she uploaded is called, POP Pilates: Total Body Sculpt video. After that, she got many requests to post more videos on workouts. She plays the role of a Pilate instructor on her channel and she also has an e-commerce feature through which she can sell the exercise tops and bottoms, bags, and mats. She also earns money from Google ads on her channel. In 2014, her first fitness DVD, POP Pilates: Total Body Workout has released and her book, Cassey Ho’s Hot Body Year-Round: The Pop Pilates Plan to Get Slim, Eat Clean, and Live Happy Through Every Season was released in 2015. On her website, shopblogilates.com, she opened up a line of activeware. Her designs were featured in Shape Magazine, The Wendy Williams Show, and Fitness Magazine.
She was born on 16th January in 1987 in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of Cuu Ho and Bach Ho. She started her online fitness business while in college.
In 2018, she married her longtime boyfriend Sam Livits.
