She took born on 28^th December in 1979 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She completed her graduation from Bayview Glen School. She further studied at the University of Toronto.

From 2005-2007, she was married to Josh Evans. Later in 2010, she got married to Michael Roberts with whom she has a son.
