Finally, the day has come-one that we have all been waiting for. After 10 years and 20 movies, the first ever Marvel female-led movie… Captain Marvel’s trailer has been released, and it is just mind-blowing.
The all-new trailer shows us the actress, Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and the fans also get glimpses of many characters and a few concepts that all the Marvel fans would find familiar. From the young Nick Fury to the MCU’s very first appearance of the Skrulls, this trailer is everything.
Marvel Studios has taken time in developing this character and the movie. Everything has not been spelled out, but there are a lot of things to process.
Larson was very excited for all fans to actually see what Marvel Studios were working on:
“I’m proud of what it is we’re making. All of the hype will be worth it.”
Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige had also agreed, and he had explained how powerful this character is:
“She is more powerful than any character we’ve introduced thus far,” Feige had said.
“So that alone tells you that there’s a reason Nick hit that button at the end [of Infinity War] when he realized that they were up against something far bigger than they had ever been up against before. And having her on your side is hopefully going to change the balance of power in a way that they desperately need.”
The movie follows the superhero, Carol Danvers as she becomes the universe’s most powerful hero. Earth is seen caught in a galactic war between two alien races. Set during the 1990s, Captain Marvel is the latest and most-anticipated entrant into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Gemma Chan, Lashana Lynch, Rune Temte, Algenis Perez Soto, Kenneth Mitchell, McKenna Grace, Clark Gregg and Jude Law.
Captain Marvel will release on March 8, 2019.
