Avengers: Endgame is set to release in one month’s time but the Captain America actor, Chris Evans has watched the first hour of the movie. While talking to The Hollywood Reporter, he had said:
“Uh, it’s — I mean — it’s a good one. It’s a real good one. I saw, like, the first hour of it. Man. This one’s really good. I choked up like three times.”
He had confirmed that the very first edit of the movie is more than three hours long.
When he had been asked if he cried over Cap’s death, he had said:
“Right It’s hard. Seeing my own death.
“It’s going to be a long movie, that’s for sure. The first edit clocked in over three hours. My funeral’s like an hour.”
The outlet had also asked if he just watched the first hour, as that is the point where Cap died. Evans had replied,
“Right, exactly. After I die by Tony’s hand, I just said, You know what? I can’t watch this.”
All the fans might think that Chris Evans is playing with fire, but having completed the movie and having left the franchise, it is not like the actor will get into trouble with Marvel.
Captain America’s death may be on the cards if the remaining Avengers will bring back all the ones who had been dusted by Thanos’ Snap.
While speaking with Variety, the Russos had teased that the resurrection of the superheroes will come at “an incredibly high cost.”
“I will say this: There is a real commitment on our end to the stakes.,” Anthony had said.
“Yes, this is a fantasy world, and yes, remarkable things can happen in a fantasy world, but…” he then added.
“They come at an incredibly high cost,” Joe had said.
Avengers Endgame will release on April 25, 2019.
