The American semi-former professional wrestling valet and occasional professional wrestler Francine was born 19th February 1972 in Philadelphia. She is best known for her arrivals with Extreme Championship Wrestling from 1995 to 2001 and with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2005 and 2006. During her assignment with ECW, Francine attended several of the promotion’s top wrestlers.

On 27th June 2009, Francine held an ECW reunion show named Legends of the Arena, with proceeds from the show being donated to the American Cancer Society. On 8th August 2010, Francine occurred via pre-taped video at Total Nonstop Action Wrestling’s ECW reunion show, Hardcore Justice.
