American television identity Ginger Renee Colonomos who is professionally known as Ginger Zee was born on 13th January 1981 in Orange, California to Dawn Zuidgeest-Craft and Robert Zuidgeest. She did her graduation from Rockford High School in Rockford, Michigan. After her graduation, Zee went on to Valparaiso University, where she attained a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology as well as a major in both mathematics and Spanish. Her expectation at graduation was to be a meteorologist on The Today Show.
Ginger is the chief meteorologist for ABC News. Formerly she was their weekend meteorologist. After completing her studies Ginger worked for numerous media houses such as Michigan, WEYI-TV, Indiana, WLAV-FM, WOOD-TV, WBMA-LD ABC 33/40 in Birmingham, Alabama as an intern under chief meteorologist James Spann and WMAQ in Chicago, Illinois an NBC owned and regulated station. This celebrity media personality became engaged to WNBC personality Benjamin Aaron Colonomos who is known as Ben Aaron. The couple wedded on June 7, 2014. Together they have two children.
