In 2009, she appeared in the Chinese TV series Newcomers to the Middle-Aged. Her other film credits are Tai-Pan, Wedlock, Heaven & Earth, Eve, and many more. Some of her television series is Miami Vice, Journey to the West, Twin Peaks, Marco Polo, and so on.
From 1985-1990, she was married to Jimmy Lau. Later in 1992, she married Peter Hui with whom she has two daughters.
