She made her big-screen debut with the film, Berserk in 1967 as Angela Rivers. She appeared in the horror film, Fear in the Night in 1972 in the role of Peggy Heller. She also appeared in the television film, The Secret Life of Kathy McCormick in 1988. Her other film credits are Spanish Fly, The Duke, Grandma, To Sir with Love II, Inseminoid, Carry On England, Brannigan, Goodbye Gemini, Hammerhead, and so on. Between acting in film and television, she also performed in several theatrical productions as well. She appeared as Lavinia in the production of Titus Andronicus for the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1973 and the same year, she performed the role of Vivien 532 in the production of Section Nine. She also appeared in several stage productions such as Othello, The Real King, The Common Pursuit, Under the Blue Sky, etc.

She dated the set designer Sean Kenny in the 1970s and was with him till his death in 1973. Later in 1985, she got married to actor Kristoffer Tabori but they got divorced in 1989.
