Gold Resource Corporation announced that mining professional and current board director, Kimberly Perry will be the next miner’s chief financial officer as John Labate is retiring. Perry has taken the role and stepped down from her board seat recently. She has served as a director at the firm since 1st April of last year and she also has 16 years of mining industry experience.
She also served as a director finance solutions at Newmont Mining Corporation. She was born on 12th July in 1983 in Jackson, Mississippi, the United States. Her parents are Marie Perry and Charles Stephen Perry. She became interested in music since childhood and sang in various gigs.

In 2005, she got engaged in the Brand New Dentistry Nation Tour and she formed a band, The Band Perry along with her brothers, Neil and Reid. She began to write songs for their album and she also became the main vocalist and main guitarist of the band. The band signed with Republic Connection and released its debut album, The Band Perry in 2010.

The album sold more than 10000 copies and it became an instant hit. Two songs from the album, All Your Life and If I Die Young were chartbusters and topped on the Billboard charts. They released their next album, Pioneer in 2013 and it became one of the most listened and most mentioned to records of the season.

The band also conducted from the Super-Bowl XLVII since 2014 and it has been a prestigious stage for them. Their latest album was Mt Bad Imagination which was released in 2017. They also are involved in Heifer International and their consistent fight to end global hunger around the world.

Perry also has been associated with several humanitarian projects and she is also dedicated to fulfill their social work dreams. She got married to JP Arencibia in 2014 in Greenville, Tennessee but they got divorced in 2018.
