The Chinese-born Singaporean actress who is widely famous for her role as Qiu Ju in the film, The Story of Qiu Ju and Juxian in the film, Farewell My Concubine is none other than Li Gong. She was born on 31st December in 1965 in Shenyang, Liaoning, China. But she was raised in Jinan. She studied at the Central Academy of Drama and completed her graduation from there in 1989.
