She first appeared on television in 2010 with the first two seasons of the post-apocalyptic television series, The Walking Dead in the role of Sophia Peletier. She was attached to the series till 2012. In 2011, she was cast in the television series, It’s Supernatural in the role of Natalie. She also played the role of Dana Butler in the series, Nashville. In 2012, she was in the role of Annie in the television film, American Judy. She also got fame for playing the regular role of Maddie Bosch, the daughter of the titular character, Harry Bosch in the Amazon series, Bosch since 2015. She made her big-screen debut in 2011 with the film, Newbourne County. The following year, she appeared in the film, After as young Ana. That year, she appeared in the role of Ashley in the film, Parental Guidance and 2018, she was cast in the role of Hannah in the film, Tell Me Your Name.

She has won the CinEuphoria Award and was nominated for the Young Artist Award and Young Entertainer Award.
