The popular Hawaiian-American actress Margaret Denise Quigley normally known as Maggie Q was born on May 22, 1979, in Honolulu, Hawaii to a Vietnamese mother and a father of Irish & Polish descent. During the Vietnam war, her parents met each other. She has four siblings. Q was the student of Wheeler Intermediate School and Mililani Walna Elementary School. Q was graduated in 1997 from Mililani High school. She was good at athletics. From a private university, she won an athletic scholarship. She pursued her studies in veterinary science. She is not only an actress, model or producer also a strong animal rights activist too.
She changed her name to her Chinese audience. Q made her acting debut in the horror film Model from Hell. She acted in Mission: Impossible III as a supporting cast and also she had a cameo role in the Jackie Chan’s big hit Rush Hour 2and Manhattan Midnight. In the year 2007, she arrived in Bruce Willis film Live Free Or Die Hard as Mai Linh.
