What exactly is NTR? NTR, or Netorare, is a hentai genre in which stories revolve around a man or a woman cheating on their significant other, or the girl or guy being taken away via sex. It’s depressing, but cheating is a common occurrence in society, and some people enjoy stories like this.
The NTR anime is aimed at a specific audience who wants to see the world’s nicest guy get what he deserves. A nice guy isn’t a bad thing, but they can be particularly irritating in anime, especially in harem anime, where the main character is a boring, featureless twerp who manages to win the girls without lifting a finger.
NTR provides what-if scenarios in which the guy’s girlfriend is kidnapped by someone who is more mature, assertive, attractive, and well-equipped.
The end result may be depressing, but NTR can be an interesting medium to watch how a humble guy feels threatened when an alpha-male approaches his pack in some cases.

13. Tsumaga Kirei ni Natta Wake (Episodes: 2 – Air date: April 2019 – May 2019)
Rintarou hires a detective to spy on Misako, his wife because he has suspicions about her. A photo of Misako in the act is included in the report he receives from the agency. Pictured there is Kuroda, who looks like an idiot. Rintarou calls them both out. He wants them to film a sex video in exchange for looking the other way.

This hentai is more comedic than tragic because Kenta is making the most of his time at home by culturally enriching a Russian sister-in-law, such as persuading Alisa that wearing a loincloth, yukata, maid outfit, or even a sailor school uniform is Japanese tradition.
Alisa may have committed a crime by cheating on her husband, but a woman has her own needs. The question of why Kouta didn’t just bring his wife along is debatable, but Kenta doesn’t seem to mind. Overall, it isn’t particularly noteworthy, but it is entertaining.
11. Sore de moTsuma o Aishiteru (Episodes: 3 – Air date: October 2011 to September 2013)
Nanami is a happy married woman until one day when her landlord blackmails her with some embarrassing video footage. He will show the footage to her husband if she does not become his personal sex slave from then on.
Knowing the area inside and out, being able to install hidden cameras to spy on your lovely tenants, and blackmailing them with photos of their private parts or photos of them doing their business in the bathroom are just some of the perks of being the landlord of an apartment complex.

Many people will dislike it because it is NTR and depressing from the perspective of the husband. The story illustrates, however, how a seemingly stable marriage can crumble.
It has some good sex scenes and art, particularly in the third episode, which is set in a parallel universe to the first two OVAs. The wife is blackmailed in the first two episodes, but the third episode is more about cheating than being forced.
10. SagurareOtome The Animation (Episodes: 1 – Air date: January 2017)
Yuzuki and her fiance Akihiro have finalized their wedding plans and are living happily like newlyweds. Yuu Nikaidou, along with her older sister Manami Nikaidou and mother Hitomi Nikaidou, live in a happy and peaceful environment. The sisters discuss their love lives, how regular sex helps them look younger, and other girly topics.
But when Hitomi tells her daughters that their cousin is going to stay with them for a month while studying for an entrance exam at a local medical university, their quiet home becomes a little more lively.
Kinichi Itou, an overweight man with pig-like manners, uses his medical skills to concoct potent aphrodisiacs and administer them to his unwitting relatives, turning them into sex-starved sluts.
Kinichi has two motives for drugging his relatives: as a form of retaliation for mocking his appearance and personality, and as part of his exams, he’s making drugs and testing their potency.

Arata knew in his heart that he and Koharu could form a warm, loving family. If only he could get away from his despicable family before they ruined everything.
NTR anime in which your father is the one who steals your lover away from you. Arata is your typical humble but weak guy, and despite the dangers, he lets his girlfriend stay in his house.
It’s understandable because they didn’t have any other options, but in this no-win situation, Arata sealed Koharu’s fate.
6. Mistreated Bride (Episodes: 4 – Air date: August 2005 to March 2007)
Mitsuko is a lovely woman who had recently married. She moved in with her husband’s family and began living with them, but it was the start of her life as a sex slave for the majority of her husband’s family’s males.
It isn’t your typical Netorare; it begins as such, but quickly transforms into something else. Rather than appearing as if the story is built around the sex scenes, it appears as if sex is an unavoidable part of the narrative.
The story is interesting, but the plot can be a little ridiculous at times. There are a lot of cliches that we’ve seen in other hentai as well. It’s a hentai that you should definitely check out.
Mistreated Bride is almost everything a hentai should be. There are some extremely hot and downright filthy sex scenes. It is completely uncensored. Both MILFs are extremely attractive, and they practically own every sex scene in which they appear. Almost all of the sex in this hentai is either incestuous or NTR. And, at times, abusive. That, however, is nothing new to a regular hentai fan.

Despite Chitose’s cheating, everything works out in the end, and Minato is relieved that he is truly in love with her.
This hentai is a femdom story, as you can tell from the plot, so if you’re into that, you’ll enjoy it. The characters, settings, and portrayal of sexual scenes are all spot on.
4. Triangle Blue (Episodes: 2 – Air date: August 2009 – January 2010)
The love story of Asato Sawamura and Akane Himeya is the focus of this hentai. Asato finds the courage to confess his love for Akane, who is also graduating with him, during his high school graduation; he nervously manages to get his confession through, and to his surprise, the love is mutual.
Asato and Akane allegedly became a couple after graduation, and now they work together to achieve their goals while living a heartwarming life as a couple. They started living under the same roof; things are hectic, but their trust and love for each other grows.
Kyousuke, Ayane’s childhood friend, appeared out of nowhere and disrupted their peaceful lives. Asato can’t help but feel envious when he recalls the two’s close relationship in the past. While Asato was at work, Kyousuke unexpectedly confessed to Akane. Akane’s unwavering heart began to falter.
The plot/scenario is somewhat generic for a Netorare hentai, but making these two lovers chase their dreams makes it so much more romantic and intense. Because most NTRs have the same plot, all of the characters end up being the same.
3. Naisho no Wakana-san (Episodes: 1 – Air date: December 2013)
Mutou Wakana is a young woman who is happily married to a man who is a few years her senior. The couple has a lovely son, they’re wealthy, and their lives as a married couple are nothing short of perfect.
Wakana’s husband, however, can no longer provide for her sexual needs due to his old age, so Wakana secretly sneaks out at night to meet up with her teenage nephew Takashi and let loose.
The art style is excellent, particularly in portraying Wakana’s youthful vigor, but the animation isn’t up to par, with a lot of stills that make you feel like you’re reading a low-budget visual novel.
The sex scenes, however, are fantastic, with Takashi being able to satisfy Wakana’s sexual desire better than her husband. There isn’t much plot or character development in this hentai because it is only one episode long.
2. Otome Dori (Episodes: 2 – Air date: May 2012-September 2012)
Kazuki Okino is a typical high school student who leads a carefree lifestyle. He’s always been close to Otome Sakuragi, a beautiful girl who every boy in his school wishes he could be with.
Kazuki believes it is inevitable that he and Otome will start dating because they frequently hang out together and get along so well. Rinka, Kazuki’s younger sister, is dissatisfied with this possibility because she has a secret crush on him.
When Kazuki receives an untitled DVD showing Otome engaging in sexual activities with elderly men, their innocent relationship takes a dramatic turn. When similar DVDs begin to arrive on a regular basis, his despair grows even more. Kazuki notices Otome’s demeanor gradually changing as he watches the love of his life being defiled by a group of strangers.
The story is tragic, with an intriguing twist, and you might find yourself disliking Kazuki because he’s so pitiful.
He discovers Otome is whoring herself for money with a group of old men, but he never confronts her about her problems or rushes in to save her. Worse, he never says anything about it and continues to masturbate to the DVDs. Some NTR stories are completely unjust to the guy, but in this case, he is entirely to blame.

It’s unquestionably one of the best hentai titles with infidelity themes. Ayumu is a great girlfriend: she’s beautiful, hot, and knows how to use her tongue, but if you don’t take care of her basic needs, she’ll find someone who will, even if she has to. Long-distance relationships are difficult to maintain, and they don’t always work out.
Ayumu prefers it rough, and the Kensuke guy is simply too good to meet her needs. Will Kensuke be able to reclaim Ayumu? This hentai is a well-made and well-drawn NTR story about how long-distance relationships don’t always end well, with or without a conclusion.
