Superhero comics have been around for a very long time, and most of us have grown up reading the adventures of our favorite superheroes. However, a significant number of the popular comic book superheroes came into existence several decades ago. As time rolled on, the heroes underwent transitions. The superhero costumes have been constantly evolving and changing to stay in tune with the prevalent fashion and technology so that they look fresh. However, it is not as if only the comic book artists get to redo the superhero dress-ups. There is no lack of comic book fans who have a passion for drawing and designing, and they prefer giving their own touch to their beloved superheroes. While the fan designs are unofficial and are unlikely to ever be a part of the comic books or any official movies, they might turn out as even better versions than the official costumes. In fact, it is the brilliance of some of these designs that makes us wish that these fan artists were the real hands working on the comics and movies.
The most interesting fan created costumes are those which not only look crazily cool but, are not necessarily costumes which would work officially. We are discussing only the superhero costume re-imaginations which are aimed to make them appear as if they belonged to another era. For example, let us imagine a Batman from the Victorian era. Or maybe a Medieval Matt Murdock! The costumes depicted here are neither from the comics nor from the movies, but, we would love to see some crazy re-designs of Batman which would lead to stuff like this. The weird creations of the talented fans are appealing and peculiar. We did a fair bit of research and compiled this list of the coolest fan re-designs of Superheroes in different time periods. Have a look!
