Robert Pattinson ‘May’ End Up Playing The Batman In The DCEU. Here’s What’s Happening

Matt Reeves’ movie, The Batman is now moving ahead forward, but with a huge price. The actor, Ben Affleck will not play the role of the Dark Knight in the DCEU, and the production is now scrambling to cast a much younger Bruce Wayne. WB will look looking for a very familiar face to take on this role, and now a rumour says that the Twilight star, Robert Pattinson is being considered for the role of Batman.

This rumour had come from BossLogic, who says that a certain source had revealed to him that the actor was being considered as DCEU’s next Bruce Wayne:

It is important that we take all this with a grain of salt, but until we have an official cast list, this rumour of a ‘Battinson’ will do the trick.

He surely has the rich boy look, and when it boils down to familiar faces, you cannot go wrong with this actor.

Yes, we know that there is a lot of stigma on Twilight, but a run as Batman may be the career push that Pattinson really needs. He had expressed publicly that he is not fond of the Twilight movies. One must note that nobody had faith in Heath Ledger or Ben Affleck when they had been cast as the Joker and Batman.

The Batman will release on June 25, 2021.
