The Deadpool actor, Ryan Reynolds had celebrated the 97th birthday of the Golden Girls actress, and his “ex-girlfriend”, Betty White.
“I don’t usually talk about ex-girlfriends. But Betty’s special,” the actor tweeted. “Happy Birthday to the one and only, @BettyMWhite.”
Last year, the star had celebrated White’s birthday with a pretty cheeky and funny Instagram post that had shown his superhero character, Deadpool holding a hotdog and also a martini, and he was toasting “another year of ‘Tinis and Weenies.”

These hilarious lovebirds have co-starred in romantic comedy movie called, The Proposal, in the year, 2009 where the actor had played an assistant who had been pushed into faux marrying his boss, played by Sandra Bullock.
Ryan Reynolds had evoked White’s name on her 94th birthday in the year, 2016 and he had shared a Deadpool TV spot, and tweeted, “Betty White was born 94 years ago today. Sometime later, this movie got made. Coincidence?”
White had then later appeared in a special promo advertising 2016’s Deadpool, and innocently spilled profanity-ridden praise upon the anti-hero movie awarded “four Golden Girls.”
The ad, above, then ends with White who had sat in the lap of a Deadpool standee, reading “sit on this” and had flashed a very enthusiastic two thumbs up.
The actress hailed as the “First Lady of Television” for maintaining the longest TV career of any female entertainer, had been recognized at the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards where she had joked about her longevity.
“Somebody said something the other day about first lady of television, and I took it as a big compliment,” White had said.

“And then I heard her talking to her daughter a little later, and she had said, ‘First lady, she’s that old. She was the first one way back!’”
White had then reflected on her career and had added,
“It’s incredible that I’m still in this business and you are still putting up with me… It’s incredible that you can stay in a career this long and still have people put up with you. I wish they did that at home.”
