A hentai anime is deserving of the “X-Ray” tag as long as it has that kind of scene you have seen many times, where we are shown an internal take of any of the participants’ bodies while they have sex. The animation is definitely the strongest point, but although it remains hentai, the story manages to have a direction.
The animation itself is, without a doubt, the part where the show excels most. Not only did the artists put work into the main female character, but even the male character is not a ‘bad looking guy.’ The sexual scenes also appear naturally. The sexual scenes are overall very enjoyable to watch.
2. Isekai Harem Monogatari
A 16-year-old named Naoki Oikawa is addicted to masturbating. One day, while pleasuring himself, as usual, his erotic magazine begins to glow, and Naoki suddenly finds himself in a fantastic world. He appears among three female adventurers who later present themselves as the swordswoman Filia Shiora, the priestess Tiane Rutheim, and the elf Llusse.
They explain to Naoki that the world is in danger of destruction due to the resurrection of the Demon King, and the only way to save it is for him to use his special power—feeding his semen to the three girls so as to increase their strength exponentially. Of course, the young hero agrees to join the party, and his erotic quest begins.
This is about one of the most self-explanatory hentai in existence: an Isekai Harem Story. The entire logic of the story is that this perverted hero’s semen is actually a power boost. So a party of adventuring women constantly has sex with him before battle to be strong enough to win. There is so much sex in this show that it is brimming with sex scenes.
3. Youkoso! Sukebe Elf no Mori e
Alfheim is a world dominated by elves in which only women exist. The world Shrine, the elves’ magical power source, had begun to fade, and the race was on the verge of extinction. Then there’s the prophecy that an elven savior will come from another world. It wasn’t long before the hero was whisked away to the land of the Elves.
The elves decided that having children with the hero was the only way they could survive. Many other elves, however, protested this immoral decision, splitting the elves into two groups: those who detested childbearing with a man and those who chose to accept it.
Those who accepted, however, realized that having sex with the hero and taking his sperm boosts their magical skills. As a result, they proceed to milk him to death.
The plot follows the same pattern as the majority of Isekai anime. The protagonist is transferred to another world and is tasked with assisting the residents. Despite the fact that they are all elves, there is a significant difference in design between them, especially among dark elves.
4. Baku Ane: Otouto Shibocchau zo! The Animation
Having suffered an injury during a soccer game, Ryoushirou Hayasaki returns to his parents’ house to undergo therapy. As both of them are currently abroad, the only ones to welcome him home are his four older sisters—Yurine, Noemi, Naru, and Mio.
His laid-back recovery is soon interrupted when Noemi finds her brother’s erotic comics and love letters from younger classmates. The sisters soon realize that Ryoushirou has a little sister complex and the family argument that follows leaves the siblings at odds. Depressed and fed-up, Ryoushirou considers leaving the house.
However, he gets an unexpected visit by Yurine that night—a short-haired and well-endowed beauty who is willing to help him with his rehabilitation and make up for the other sisters’ outbursts. Unable to deny himself the guilty pleasure, Ryoushirou decides to make the most of his stay and take advantage of the wonders around him.
The animation is fast-paced, so you are never in a position for too long. In terms of characters, the mc is pretty bland, but the sisters are where this hentai really shines.
5. Tamashii Insert
Naoto Takahashi’s father remarried six months ago, and he still hasn’t adjusted to his new family members: Sachiko, his stepmother, and Yui, his new younger sister. He installs an app that allows him to take over someone else’s body one night while attempting to figure out how to make amends with his sister.
The story of smartphone app powers isn’t new, but it’s never been animated or featured as prominently or in such high quality as this show.
Because the majority of the scenarios in which the MC finds himself are unexpected or novel, having the story told in a way that lets the audience absorb and assess the information on their own rather than being told straight out is quite refreshing.
The characters are memorable, unlike in other hentai, including the MC, who is normally only a placeholder for the audience member to insert themselves in. The main character is reflected more in terms of thoughts and logic due to the circumstances of the possessions, which adds a good depth to the story.
6. Succubus Stayed Life The Animation
Matsukawa, our protagonist, is living a normal high school life until a fellow classmate, Sakuramachi, requests him to have a meeting concerning a school event at his house.
He, of course, accepts, and once they are in the house, Sakuramachi jumps on him and deprives him of his virginity by riding him as if it was the last day on Earth. A nice evening overall, but it’s far from being over as Sakuramachi is a self-proclaimed succubus who tries her best at proving her statements by sucking him dry!
Almost every scene in the anime sets up a new sexual encounter between the two leads. There’s a short flashback at the beginning of the episode explaining why things are happening. From there, we flash to various locations where Sakuramachi pushes her luck to get more of Matsukawa. This includes moving into his apartment, playing sick at school, and more.
The animation is clean and organic, with exaggerated boobs in every scene. Sakuramachi’s character design is ultra sexy and fits her personality.
7. Saimin Seishidou
Revolving around the central character of Kurashiki Raina, Saimin Seishidou is about the horny, abusive teacher called Tanaka Hajime, who appears to his pupils at school as a sex counselor.
His lessons involve engaging in no sexual activities without taking his permission and abling him to plant his seeds inside the virgins firsthand. Things go haywire when some unruly girl called Kurashiki Raina defies Hajime’s orders, and he rapes her as a result.
It might come off as gross and pathetic to some viewers because of the extreme scenes of abuse and depravity of the character that Saimin Seishidou follows, but that is exactly what this anime tries to address. Once you have overcome your repulsion and shock, there is a lot left to uncover from the path that Saimin Seishidou takes.
It proceeds to shock and extract a divisive response. The animation and artwork are all covered well, even as the subversion continues to baffle how such an unlikeable, pervert character is given so much credit.
But hang on, Saimin Seishidou brings in a brave, if uncomfortable, interpretation of the problematic side of such fantasies as they tread a different path than the one usually covered.
8. Yarichin Kateikyoushi Netori Houkoku
If you owned a successful company, married to a woman whose lustful nature you can no longer satisfy due to health issues, what would you do? Of course, call your trusted subordinate, who happens to be your daughter’s in-home tutor, and request him to relieve your wife’s loneliness by having passionate sex with her.
Our protagonist is suddenly entrusted with the mission of sexually comforting the boss’ spouse while recording it. What our dear boss didn’t expect was for our main character to go further and include his daughter—who, by the way, was saving her virginity for her father—in the trajectory of his spiral of debauchery.
It is a special kind of NTR because the person being cheated on requested it, but it is also reversed when the protagonist decides to over-achieve and properly take possession of all his household.
This hentai excels in the art department, and the animation is extremely smooth as well. This is hentai that you definitely can’t miss out on.
9. Dropout
To address the alarming problem of unemployment, the government introduces a special program intended to conscript unemployed youths or those who have failed high school—into compulsory labor.
Although it started out as simple manual labor, dropout girls were soon forced to perform mandatory sexual services for men. Men all over the country have become fierce competitors for the best sex partners because their academic performance determines which dropout they receive.

The two main female characters are well-written, but the two male characters don’t do much except get angry at each other.
10. Wagaya no Liliana-san The Animation
The story starts when Tatsuya, our protagonist, encounters a girl on the street, Liliana, and decides to invite her to live with him for a little while. Before they can notice it, a year passes, and their cohabitation is still continuing, but the passage of time slowly changes things.
As they go through each day, being a little more conscious of each other is unavoidable until the hidden feelings between Tatsuya and Liliana cannot be kept under wraps anymore, coming to an exploding and very satisfying resolution.
The plot has a sweet and enticing buildup that robs the consumer of any words and makes them silently enjoy the progression; they go from strangers to lovers, but very slowly—it took Tatsuya a year to touch Liliana’s beautiful white mane.
Nonetheless, when we arrive at the moment where they tenderly make love, we know the wait was worth it.
Wagaya no Liliana-san has excellent art! The drawing’s overall style and structure are high-quality and well-suited to the show.
