The 1980s were all about making things huge. This was inclusive of huge hair, huge shoulders, huge pays and huge egos. It was a fabulous time; there were no cell phones, no Facebook and no flash drives containing several movies.
The stunning females on this rundown may have had various professions, however they all figured out how to stand out even if they had a very brief screen presence. So, here goes….
10. Patsy Kensit
The 1980s were great for Patsy Kensit. She gained accomplishment in music as a singer with Eighth Wonder and released melodies like “Cross my Heart” and “I’m Not Scared.” In addition to this, she figured out how to share screen time with one of the greatest stars of the 1980s i.e. Mel Gibson. She showed up in 1989’s Lethal Weapon 2 as the doomed South African love interest called Rika Van Cave Haas. Clearly, Kensit enjoyed her acting career. In spite of the fact that she didn’t make it to great heights, Kensit has kept herself occupied with lots of TV work and a number of marriages. As it is, her fourth marriage came to an end in 2010.
9. Phoebe Cates
Cates was unquestionably the girl-next-door kind of on-screen character we daydreamed about in the 1980s. She showed up as Kate in Gremlins (1984), thereby essentially establishing her image. She also made sensuous. In them, she carried huge hair, huge studs and was seen sitting enticingly in raunchy undergarments alongside a merry looking tiger. This went on to show that Cates had the capacity to play both the innocent and the sensuous roles. In the years that followed, she chose to focus on her family and her business.
